Returns & Exchanges
At Fansidea, we strive for perfection in every custom jersey, but if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please note that personalized gear with custom names and numbers is made specifically for you and may be subject to specific policy conditions.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
- 2.Review and Approval
Our quality control team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and ship them back to us using a traceable carrier service.
- 4.Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement sports gear within 5-7 business days.
